Someone sits in front of me and says: I need a website.
When I ask why, the room goes quiet.
My work begins in that quiet. Underneath that sentence, something bigger than a website is stirring.
She has offers that work, people who come to her, and work that she loves. And still, visibility feels like a costume. She has tried templates, agencies, page builders. Every time, the same feeling stayed behind.
"I just can't manage it." "I don't know if I can hold this, showing myself like that."
I have been sitting in these conversations for years. What I hear is always the same wish: to be seen, at her full size, with everything that comes with it.
"Finally someone who sees me."
Maja, after our first conversation
The seeing
I hear what lives under the words.
Larissa
I meet Larissa for a tea ceremony, over Zoom. We sit in silence. I drink my puerh tea. She shares the storm inside her, the hurricane she stands in the middle of. Then she stops herself: "Let me check if my incense is burning the place down." I grin. She comes back, we laugh, and I feel the laughter move through my whole body. In that moment something opens. I feel who she is, what she stands for, and what she wants to move in this world.
Anika
Anika says: "I want to help people." And I feel she means it with her whole heart.
Julika
Julika says: "I don't know if this version of the website still fits." And I hear: "I want to tell a different story. I am afraid that makes me too much."
This is my work. I listen until the gold shows. Then I pour it into a form that carries her story.
The honesty
My biggest mistakes are part of this work.
Three years ago I sold Larissa a system. Invoicing software, a shop, a course platform. For me it worked. For her it was useless. She watched the training video and felt: this system fits Heinz and leaves her outside. I lost her trust.
With Kathrin and Kerstin it went deeper. I sold perfect systems, connections between shop, course platform and bookkeeping, and I overlooked the people in front of me. There were billing errors. They lost money. At one point I should have said: "I have no idea here." I missed that sentence back then.
A few weeks ago, Kerstin and I told this story to its end. One last session, every open point on the table, a warm goodbye. She says: "We stay in touch." From this work I carry one lesson into every new project: I sell what truly serves the person in front of me. And I name my limits the moment I feel them.
You book a website. In truth, you book coaching.
Today I say this sentence in the first conversation. Then I laugh. Because it is true. On the way into visibility, so many fears and questions come up that the coaching simply happens. Where fear about money used to sit, a question lives now: what would I wish for in her place?
The fire
I burn for people with a vision.
On an autumn day in 2024, after the last session of the day, I sit in my armchair, the tea next to me still warm, and I understand: people come to me because they want to come to me. They come for what I am.
The next morning I look forward to every session. The pressure is gone. Sensitivity takes its place. I feel the frequency of the person in front of me, and I trust this feeling.
"I have never been supported like this, Heinz. This feels intense."
Larissa, after a session
"Your fire is wild."
Kyra, at a website launch
What drives me is a deep love for women and men who carry a vision. I want to feel every word of their essence. I want to spend hours with their voice until the gold shows. For some, my fire is too much. I work slowly, at my own pace, resting in my center. And I am all in. This is what I burn for.
The alchemy
Sixteen phases in which I pour the gold of your voice into form.
Everything begins with your voice. I record hours of conversations, ask you questions and transcribe every word. I feel what lives between the words. From this I distill three documents that carry everything else: your alignment, your voice, your essence.
"Give me your raw material. What comes through is not mine. It decides to arrive."
From there, everything else grows. Sixteen phases that build into each other.
your voice16 phases
The cycle of the sixteen phases, arranged in a circle:
Alignment
Voice profile
Brand essence
Symbol/Logo/Assets
Emotional world
Narrative
Site architecture
Copywriting
Design system
Art direction
Layout sketches
The living page
Brand guidelines
Refinement
Launch and initiation
Momentum
The first station is your voice. I listen until I hold it in its purest form.
Your essence grows out of your voice. From it I shape your symbol, your logo and the emotional world your visitor arrives in.
Then the page comes to life. I build the architecture and write every sentence from your essence. I pour the design into HTML and CSS until the page breathes.
The last station is your launch. I put your brand guidelines in your hands and walk you through your page until it feels like home. After that, your content carries the page into the world.
Every phase builds on the one before. I check every step against my feeling for the person in front of me: is it big enough for what I sense? Does it carry the essence?
We go deep together, through sessions, voice messages and regular contact.
This is craft. Thousands of hours flow into a process that I refine with every client. And every time it is new, because every person brings different raw material.
The same alchemy. Different material.
Your tools
What stays in your hands.
At the end of our time, three documents live with you: your alignment, your voice, your essence. They carry every text you write after me, every post, every mail.
You also keep your brand guidelines with a full design system. Colors, type, elements. You keep working with them, in Canva, on social media, with every person who designs at your side after me.
And more and more clients ask me: "Can you teach me this with AI?" I love showing this. How you turn conversations into text with one key. How your whole business comes together in one clear system. How you ask AI in a way that truly serves you. You stay the source. The tools amplify what comes from you.
The after
"This website is me."
A late afternoon in March. I send Manja two links on WhatsApp. She opens her new website for the first time. In the evening her answer arrives: "It is soooooo magnificent what you conjure out of yourself. This website is me. I can identify with it one hundred percent."
This is what the after looks like. I watch clients wake up like a child who gets to go sledding in fresh snow. They believe in their own genius. They stand behind their prices. They speak with clarity. Abundance begins within and is reflected on the outside.
Your work is more than web design. You even bring out the unspoken, the things still hidden inside, and give them a place on the page. The way colors, images, words and type play together is like watching a concert.
Jochen Schröder
While my stomach was already tightening with stress because the requirements kept changing, Heinz already had a creative solution ready. He understood my vision and brought it to life with warmth and a fine touch.

WOOOOOW HEINZ!! I am so touched and excited and 'proud' and joyful and a little blown away!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! There is so much love and so much detail in this!!!
Brand Alchemy begins at three months of shared time. The packages and numbers stand openly on the Investment page. Resonance decides. The price only sorts the how.
The invitation
Let's talk when your belly says yes.
I love hearing stories. That is why this space is open.
You tell me what brought you here. I listen. Together we feel if it is a match. Thirty minutes, at your pace.
"When my friend Manja told me about you, how much work you take off her shoulders and how the two of you co-create, I felt it: yes, I want this, I feel this. Someone who sees me and walks a part of the way with me."
Maja, in our first call
I see you. And if you want, I offer you my hand on the way into visibility. And I build a milestone with you that roots you in this reality.
I would love to take one step with you toward your vision.
